Winners of InnoVits Gymnasium 2017
For 5 months our start up has participated to accelerator programs alongside InnoVits team and in particular Mentor Andrea Cattaneo. The goal of Innovits Gymnasium is to bring projects to a more advanced level of development with more focus on prototyping and validation tests. The “Agorà degli Associati InnoVits” has closely followed the progress of each project, offering their skills and experience to the growing startups.
On May 4th, 2017 the 5 start up finalists presented their project to a jury of professionals and investors of various sectors. The jury awarded the first prize to Ultraspecialisti.
The MoneyGram Award, born in 2009, is the only national award that rewards the excellence of companies run by foreign entrepreneurs.
Ultraspecialisti is among the 3 finalists of the category “Innovation”.
Ultraspecialisti is among the 8 finalists of the second edition of eHealth4all, the award that selects the best IT service for prevention. The aim of the initiative is to show that ICT gives access to essential services, reduces the cost of services and in general supports the well-being of patients breaking linguistic, logistic or cultural barriers.
Viva Technology Paris 2017
Ultraspecialisti is among one of the 3 Italian startups selected by SANOFI to participate at VIVA Technology Paris, one of the most important world recognized events for Innovation. Our startup distinguished itself in the “Supporting health journey” category for the ability to respond with concrete solutions to HealthCare Challenges.
Social Innovation Tournament 2017
Ultraspecialisti has been selected among 308 candidates from 31 European countries, as one of the 15 finalists of the Social Innovation Tournament issued by European Investment Bank to award innovative projects with a social impact. At the final event, in September 21st 2017 in Riga, Ultraspecialisti was selected as the first 5 projects and among the 3 start ups that received a voucher to mentor and support the growth of the project.
Ultraspecialisti has been selected by the University of North Carolina at Greensboro as one of the 6 Startups for which X-Culture students carried out the internationalization project in the year 2018. X-Culture is a project of “experimental learning” and “learning-by-doing” that was born in 2010 in the United States at the University of North Carolina of Greensboro, to which each year 5,000 students from 140 universities attend from 50 different countries (including the Department of Management Engineering of the Politecnico di Milano).
